 This is Kirby, fairy of the Yellow Stardust. Her full name is Kirbira, literally nobody calls her that way.  
In case you haven't noticed the fancy tiara, she is royalty.
Her tiara is a family heritage and without it she can't transform, kinda like Stella's ring in the first seasons.
And yes, I copied the description layout from UnstoppableQueen, why?
